Painting Built Into Your Build Schedule
On a new build, painting is one of the last trades in, and a slow or sloppy painter holds up the whole close. GMC Painting And Restoration works to your timeline across the Hartford area, priming and painting new walls, trim, and ceilings so the home is ready on schedule with a clean, even finish throughout.
Attention to Detail on Every New Build
New drywall, trim, and doors each take paint differently, and the finish shows every shortcut. We prep and prime each surface properly, caulk gaps, and apply even coats, so the finished home looks sharp from the first walkthrough.
Prime, Paint, and Punch List
We handle new construction painting in order: sealing and priming new surfaces, painting walls, ceilings, and trim, then working the punch list so every room is clean and complete. We coordinate with your other trades and check the work along the way to keep the build moving.
What Our New Construction Painting Service Includes
New construction painting is a service we provide for builders and homeowners across the Hartford area. Depending on the project, that can include priming and sealing new drywall, interior wall and ceiling painting, trim, door, and cabinet finishing, exterior painting, caulking, and punch-list touch-ups, all coordinated with your build timeline.
A Painter Builders Can Count On
Builders come back to painters who hit the schedule and finish clean. We hold a high standard on every new build across the Hartford area, coordinating with your trades and keeping the punch list short, so the paint is one less thing to worry about at close.
